Terms of Use for chosendecent.property

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to your use of chosendecent.property and the services offered through it by Chosendecent Septic. You accept them when you use the site, call the number shown on it or send a form. This page is a general template and is not legal advice.

What Chosendecent Septic Does

Chosendecent Septic is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not pump septic tanks. We do not repair septic systems, drain fields or sewer lines. We do not do any plumbing work. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers we connect you with are independent businesses. Each one alone is responsible for:

• Quotes and pricing
• Scheduling
• Workmanship
• Permits and licensing
• Insurance
• Conduct

We do not employ, supervise or control providers. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they respond, or what their work achieves.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials. Ask for proof of license and insurance. Get a written quote.

Information, Not Advice

The content here is general information. It is not plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They vary by job and are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider. Where it applies, also check with your insurer and your local health department.

What We Ask of You

Give accurate information when you contact us. Use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse it, disrupt it or try to get in without permission.

Calls, Texts and Email

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may reach you about your request. That may be by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. To stop contact, email contact@chosendecent.property at any time.

Ownership of Content

The site's content and design belong to Chosendecent Septic or its licensors. Do not copy or reuse them for business purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Chosendecent Septic is not responsible for any loss or damage tied to your use of this site, to a provider's services or to any agreement between you and a provider. The site is provided "as is," with no warranties of any kind.

Changes

We may revise these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
