A referral service, not a repair company

About Chosendecent Septic and How It Works

Get matched with a provider

Who we are

Chosendecent Septic is a referral service for homeowners with a septic or sewer problem. We do not pump tanks, dig trenches, or fix pipes. Independent local providers do that work. Our job comes first: help you understand the problem, then point you to a provider in our network.

Why this site exists

Septic and sewer trouble is stressful. Many homeowners are not sure whether to wait, check something, or find a pro. This site gives you a simple order of steps.

1. First, stay safe. Keep kids, pets and yourself away from backed-up water and tank lids. 2. Next, note the signs. Slow drains, gurgling, odors, wet spots in the yard. 3. Then, decide: Pro or DIY?

What you can safely check yourself

Some small steps are fine for any homeowner:

  • Use less water until help arrives.
  • Look for papers that show where your tank or lines are.
  • Check whether only one drain is slow or many.
  • Write down when the problem started.

Anything that involves opening a tank, entering a pit, or digging belongs to a pro. The tools, the training and the safety gear matter here.

How providers are matched

You tell us what is going on and where you are. We look at the type of job, such as septic tank pumping, drainfield repair, or a damaged sewer line. Then we connect you with a provider in our network that serves your area. Availability depends on the provider, and many can respond quickly.

What we expect from providers

Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:

  • Hold any licenses or permits their area requires.
  • Explain the problem in plain words.
  • Give a written quote before work begins.
  • Treat your home and yard with care.

What we do not do

  • We do not perform the work.
  • We do not set provider prices.
  • We do not promise a result or a schedule.
  • We do not decide what your insurance covers. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy.

How we are paid

Homeowners are not charged by Chosendecent Septic for making a request. Providers may pay a referral fee when we connect them with a homeowner. You pay the provider directly for the work, at the price in your written quote.
